Membership FAQs:
We ask that you create an account to purchase a membership so we can use your information to generate your membership materials automatically. These materials can then be sent to you immediately via email so you can begin utilizing your benefits immediately.
Once you have completed your membership purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a record of your purchase and a second email with your digital membership materials. Digital membership materials include:
1 Digital Membership Card
1 Digital Parking Pass

Within 48 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a personalized discount code that you can use to redeem your discount on tickets to season events.
When purchasing concessions or merchandise at one of our gift shops, show your Digital Membership Card to the Grant’s Farm employee at the register, and your discount will be applied.
Once you have purchased your membership, you will receive:
1) an email confirmation and then
2) an email with your digital membership materials.
Among the digital membership materials is a digital parking pass that you can save to your Google, Apple, or Android Wallet – or print out. Show this pass to the attendant at the parking entrance, and you will be able to enter the lot without making a prior reservation.
Within 48 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a personalized discount code that you can use to redeem your discount on tickets to season events. You will enter this code when you check out, and your discount will be applied to the total of your order.
You are permitted to use your event discount code more than once. You are only able to use your discount code to purchase tickets for one date at a time.
Policies & Rules:
Valid For: Your 2025 Grant's Farm membership is valid until December 31, 2025. Memberships do not automatically renew.
Refunds: Grant’s Farm memberships are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Once you redeem your membership card, fun passes, or gift, you may not exchange them. Membership cards and Fun Passes expire when your membership expires.
Transferring: Memberships are non-transferable and are intended for use by individual households only.
ID: We may request an ID for members redeeming their gift or Fun Passes. You only need to show your membership card to redeem discounts on food, beverages, and merchandise discount.
Parking: Although free parking is one of Grant's Farm's many benefits, the lots may sometimes be full. To secure a parking space, we recommend arriving early. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
