Yes, we take all forms of credit and debit.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

We are cashless. Credit and debit card only. Guests can go to Grant’s Farm gifts at the tram dropoff to redeem their cash for a debit card to use at any location on the property.

For the most up-to-date operating scheduling, please check our website at Grantsfarm.com. If the calendar has “General Admission” listed, on the date you would like to attend, then we are open to the general public. If the Calendar just list “Tours”, we are only open for tours and the farm is closed to the general public. If the date is blank, then we are closed to the general public.

Yes, we have vehicles dedicated to hauling these items. If the guest needs to stay in the wheelchair, we can accommodate that too by setting the guests in the ADA compartment of the tram. We also offer complimentary wheelchair rentals.

No, we do not allow outside chairs on premises. We have limited available seating around the farm for our guests to sit at.

No, animals such as dogs or other pets are not allowed in. This is for the safety of our guests and our animals.

Service Animals are permitted. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not permitted inside Grant’s Farm.

Yes, handicapped parking is found in the second and third lanes of the parking lot starting from the right.

No, we have bike racks down the steps from Grant’s Trail to place your bikes before entering the farm. (No, Skateboards, razor scooters, hover boards, etc.).

No, water is fine though. If guests would like to eat their food in the parking lot, we have a picnic near the end of our parking lot.

Exit is located at the back left corner of the parking lot.

Clydesdale Barn is at the end of the parking lot where the big red barn is.

If parked, the fence closest to Grant Road is the entrance. Guest must walk down the path between the two white fences to go across the crosswalk and over the bridge.

Behind the Scenes Private Tour, Animal Encounter Tour and the History & Heritage Tour will gather by the bike racks next to the trail entrance. Clydesdale Tours will head down to the Clydesdale Barn at the patio area and ask for the tour. The Carriage Ride Tours will meet at the black gate down the road outside of the Bauernhof Courtyard.

Birthday parties will get on a tram. Once in the Tier Garten, head down to where the birthday gazebo is which is located before entering the courtyard.

Cedar Grove guests will ride a tram and head down past the Dairy Shack restaurant. There will be a white tent and steps that lead down to the area. (Guests will not enter the courtyard to get to Cedar Grove).

No, guests must take a tram when entering and exiting the farm.

Restrooms are located at these locations: Clydesdale Barn area, up the steps outside the General Store, when you exit the tram under the archway where the gift shop is, Speisen Pub area and in the Courtyard to the right of the tram boarding archway.

No, children in strollers must be takin out and sat in a seat of the tram. If the child is in a wheelchair then yes, that child can stay in if not capable of getting out of the wheelchair. Any children who appear to be under 7 years of age should be sat in the middle seats of the tram and not on the ends.

Fun Passes can be bought at the Information booth kiosk where the tram drops you off in the Tier Garten. Fun passes can also be purchased in advance on-line and redeemed in the same location.

No, no one is allowed on any of the antique carriages whatsoever.

After the tram leaves the station, the only time it will stop is when it has arrives to the Tier Garten, from here, guests can get out and walk the Tier Garten and then board back on at the West Arch, just inside the Courtyard. The tram will not stop in between these locations.

Trams pick up at the West Arch, just outside the courtyard. The tram does not pick up in the same spot as where the guests were dropped off at in the Tier Garten.

Yes, but no alcoholic beverages. Outside food or drink (besides water) is prohibited.

The Complimentary Anheuser-Busch Product is located at the Hospitality Bar inside the courtyard.

No alcoholic beverages on the tram whatsoever.

The popsicle is located at The Speisen Pub as well as the Trinken kiosk in the courtyard.

Dippin’ Dots are located near The Speisen Pub.

10:30 11:30 1:30 and 2:30. On summer nights there is an additional show at 3:30.

Complimentary wheelchairs can be taken with no rental fee in the Tier garten where the tram dropped you off at. We have no strollers available to rent.

No, no age restrictions. All ages allowed. The Clydesdale tour is recommended for ages 9 and up.

Reservations are no longer required. You can purchase your parking in advance through our website for a discounted rate. Advance purchase of your parking pass and seasonal experiences is recommended. During peak times, Grant’s Farm may temporarily close when we reach capacity.

Yes, our animal shows, carousel rides, tram rides and tours may be cancelled or temporarily closed in the event of inclement weather. If there are severe storms, we will make the decision to close the entire farm.

No, the Clydesdale area is open to the public even if you don’t have a tour booked. You can have your picture taken with a Clydesdale or visit them at their barn, located in the far end of the guest parking lot.

Yes, we have a variety of food options here at the farm that include vegan and gluten free options. The Dairy Shack, Grant’s Café and the Speisen Pub located in the Tier Garten as well as our Brat Haus and food/drink kiosks located in the Bauernhof courtyard.

Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the event by contacting Grant’s Farm at info@grantsfarm.com. Cancellation fees will be applied to all ticket cancellations. In the event of a weather cancellation, Grant's Farm will reach out to guests with pre-purchased tickets via email. Our social media pages along with our website will be updated accordingly. This decision will be made on the morning of the event or earlier depending on the severity.

Grant’s Farm does not allow professional or commercial photography/ videography/ audio recording without permission.

Grant’s Farm does not allow personal drones on the property.

Grant’s Farm does not allow weapons or Firearms including pocketknives. This does not apply to law enforcement with proper id.
